Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit card, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.

If you paid by PayPal or another online payment platform, the refund will be credited to your account accordingly.

Please note that in some cases, a restocking fee may apply for certain items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
